PERFORMANCES

- Each group is required to participate in every performance assigned by the Cultural
Affairs Coordinator and/or SAEP Director. There shall be no performances within two
weeks before a major examination.
- If the event will be held off-campus, each member of the group must secure a parental
consent/waiver to be submitted to Cultural Coordinator 2 days before the event proper.
- Each group should be at the event proper at least 30 minutes before the start of the
program to give ample time for individual/group preparation, blockings and etc.
- Each performance will be used as one of the basis of the trainer in giving cultural
scholarship grants to each member.
- Each group shall give satisfactory performance in every event.
